The system of the project management (Task 1) provides full transparency and control of the entire Project, and it is organized as a Steering Committee to decide high level management issues.
The Steering Committee acts as a board for the review and assessment of the Project implementation and will be responsible for problem solving. The SC has the power to re-arrange tasks and resources as needed. It consists of members from all Institutions.

The first meeting of the Steering Committee took place in Kraków 30.08–2.09.2009.
The second meeting of the Steering Committee was held in Tromsø 01.03–03.03.2010.
